Bigger, Faster, Stronger

What does every athlete want? To be bigger, stronger, and faster! And that’s exactly what we do at the Performance Training Center. 

 

We offer the following services:

  • Sport-specific strength and conditioning

  • Golf Enhancement Program

  • ACL Injury Screening and Prevention Program

  • Functional Individual Training (F.I.T.) Program

  • Video movement analysis

  • Computerized isokinetic testing

  • Speed and Agility Camps for local sports teams

We place a large emphasis on movement quality. 

 

Sports place so many stresses on our body and imbalances can develop over time. Before we load an athlete with heavy external resistance, we assess and correct any faulty movement patterns.  

Bigger, stronger, and faster athletes are worthless if they’re sidelined with an injury. With that in mind, we evaluate the needs of each athlete’s sport and program exercises to prevent common injuries or protect against re-injury.

All of our training is evidence-based, meaning our methods have been proven effective through scientific research.
